Your download may have worked, but the file was trashed during 
re-muxing.  The hacked rtmpdump may have produced a file that confused 
ffmpeg.  I can downloaded that programme with no problems, so no clue. 
Best to use --raw and re-mux later so that you don't lose the downloaded 
file.
