I'm still intermittently getting downloads with the old value, so I'm 
going to wait until tomorrow to see what shakes out before committing a 
new SWF URL value to get_iplayer.  SWF verification has been messed up 
before by BBC changes that were fixed shortly thereafter.

For the time being, you can add this to the command line:

--rtmp-tv-opts="--swfVfy 
http://www.bbc.co.uk/emp/releases/iplayer/revisions/617463_618125_4/617463_618125_4_emp.swf"
