New get_iplayer website & forums

Thank you for working on such a great resource. My feeling is that as
long at GIP is hard to use for a novice. The BBC won't be too
interested. If however the notice a great deal of GIP usage say 5% or
more of downloads, then they will send a cease and desist letter to
the developers. I think this is the reason our first developer let it
go. One of the terms of the cease and desist letter being that one
could not talk about it.

Anyway here's hoping for the best.
