rtmpdump updates for Ubuntu and derivatives

Yes, though I was wanting some feedback from people as to whether the
change I put in place actually works (it's not quite the same patch as
Neill built).  I've not had any yet, and my broadband isn't fast
enough to cause the problem others have seen.

Having acquired a pi recently I'm working on this ;-)  My intent is to
put together and maintain a raspbian repo for bleeding-edge
get_iplayer, much as I do for Ubuntu.  But once I've got a raspberry
pi .deb for rtmpdump I'll let you know where it is.
