Working fine here - all 6 episodes appear.

Look in C:\Users\<you>\.get_iplayer and check the last modified date for 
the tv.cache file.  Is it out of date?  If so, have you set a value for 
the "type" option (in your options file) that doesn't include "tv"?  If 
you force a an explicit cache refresh for TV programmes with:

get_iplayer --type tv --refresh

does the tv.cache file update?  You can open tv.cache in Notepad (or any 
other text editor).  Are the missing programmes in there?
