Delete from history via web interface

Turn on the "Force Recording" setting to re-download a programme.  If 
that isn't working, tell us what error you're seeing.

You may need to double-check your values in "Recording Modes" (if you've 
changed the defaults) to make sure the higher quality is preferred.
