I don't see why. get_iplayer just needs to grow some logic to detect what
is installed (i.e. in the PATH).

(Actually it could be argued that it needs to grow a proper plugin system,
where ffmpeg and avconv support are both thin wrappers to a common
interface for get_iplayer to hook into.)
