FFmpeg deprecated (in Ubuntu)?

Hi guys

Running Ubuntu 12.04LTS here and I've just noticed in my logs that
FFmpeg seems to be deprecated and to use avconv instead:

jason at ht:~$ ffmpeg

So - who needs to know? :)
