The default settings have the Web PVR Manager listen on IP address 
127.0.0.1, which will make it unavailable to the local network.  You 
probably just need to have it listen on an address accessible from your 
LAN.  You can change the listen address in:

/etc/default/get_iplayer_web_pvr
