Replying to list

The point is that on many lists using Reply replies to the list rather
than the original sender.  On this list it is necessary to use Reply
to All (since sadly gmail does not have Reply to List) which has the
side effect of sending back to the sender as well as to the list.

Derek, I would not worry about removing the original sender, just use
Reply to All and let it go.  I believe that is the accepted practice.
