AtomicParsley - Failed to tag M4A file

ffmpeg version UNKNOWN, built on Jun 14 2011 19:32:44
AtomicParsley version: 0.9.0 (utf8)

The AtomicParsley command line is attached below. Seems like it finds
the tagging info but then the command fails for some reason. Perhaps it
is a problem at the BBC end. This is the only R4 & R4 Extra error I have
come across to date.
