radio downloads not working for me...

Many thanks for the pointer. I've downloaded ffmpeg and compiled and 
installed and all is well, I have a playable m4a file. 

Is there a simple solution for having get_iplayer automatically convert to 
mp3? Or do I do that after download of the m4a?
