Downloaded couple of mp3 files from here:
http://www.mp3-tech.org/tests/wma9/index.html

Ran:
ffmpeg -i <filename> -acodec libfaac output.m4a

None of the m4a files play on the Marantz. Reports 'header error'. If I
change a tag using EasyTag (e.g. add a title) and save the file it plays
OK with no delay.
