Working fine here using "--radiomode best".

Can you try that & post back if it doesn't work, please?
Might be your choice of flvstreamer / rtmpdump.

You won't see the text "--radiomode best" in the attached because it's set in my options `get_iplayer --prefs-add --radiomode best`.
