The non-removable option causes an MMC initialization error

Being consistent to Linux helps avoiding a similar issue later. I'd say
we should make two patches, one for master just redefining MMC_CAP_1_8V_DDR
to a non conflicting value and another one for next for making them
consistent to Linux.
