[PATCH] ARM: atmel: add sama5d4 xplained ultra board support

The sama5d4 xplained ultra board support following features:
  - NAND flash support
  - SPI flash support
  - MMC card support (MCI1)
  - LCD display support (with QT1070)
  - Ethernet support
