ath11k-firmware: WCN6750 hw1.0: Add Motorola edge 30 (dubai) specific BDFs

Hello,

this board/calibration file (and regdb file) is for a device I'm 
upstreaming currently,

* description for what hardware this is:
   - a smartphone, Motorola edge 30 (codename dubai) based on the SM7325 
SoC and a WCN6750 Wi-Fi module

* origin of the board file
   - Extracted from bdwlan.elf.dubai.ipa (the only bdwlan file 
mentioning the particular device codename) and regdb.bin on the vendor 
partition on the device.

* ids to be used with the board file:
   - WCN6750 hw1.0
      + bus=ahb,qmi-chip-id=1,qmi-board-id=255,variant=Motorola_dubai

* sha256sum

P.S. unlike other devices I worked with where having the correct bdf did 
not seem to really change anything in practice, here 5GHz networks would 
not work with the generic one and using this one is actually required to 
fix that!
