ath11k-firmware: WCN6750 hw1.0: Add bdf for Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G (taoyao)

Hello,

Please add the following BDF file to the archive:

* description for what hardware this is:
A SM7325-based handset Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G (codename taoyao) has a wcn6750 
wlan module.

* origin of the board file
Extracted bdwlan.elf and regdb_xiaomi.bin from the official firmware 
miui_TAOYAOGlobal_OS1.0.29.0.ULIMIXM_3178566a85_14.0 (modem.img)

* ids to be used with the board file:
   - WCN6750 hw1.0
     bus=ahb,qmi-chip-id=1,qmi-board-id=255,variant=Xiaomi_taoyao

* md5sum of each new board file to add:
45d0521d3c78d3d181350bcba1c52d6b

P.S. I'm not sure whether a regdb is required since the only board that 
has a different regdb is qcom rb3gen2, so I attached it anyway (also 
tested that everything works with these files).
