ath11k: external regdb for QCN9074

Hi kvalo,

I wanted to ask if there is anything new regarding the bug https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=216832. I would like to run the modules in the ETSI regulatory domain and the board files in board-2.bin are slightly outdated. Especially the board ID 162 for the 6Ghz frequency band, because all channels there are blocked for the ETSI region.
