23dBm for uniformity. But the rules state 36dBm is allowable. So lets subtract
max gain ant of 6dBi which yields 30dBm conducted tx power. That should be
reasonable to use in sw. It is highly doubtful any device would
pass Indonesia regulatory tests at that level. So 30dBm is a reasonable upper
limit to put in sw. </span></p>
