Software encryption on wcn36xx driver

I have tried to use software encryption by returning NOSPC from
wcn36xx_set_key().

But my wcn3620 device looks drop the frame has this two conditions.
     1) frame's privacy bit enabled
     2) hardware does not have a key which is suitable for frame's key index

Is there any firmware functionality which through the such frame to software
layer when software encryption enabled ?
