So I tried every number I could think of for:

    WCN36XX_CFG_VAL(AP_LINK_MONITOR_TIMEOUT, 3),

...and I still see QoS nulls to all the peers every 3 seconds.

Also raising or lowering:

    WCN36XX_CFG_VAL(AP_KEEPALIVE_TIMEOUT, 20),

doesn't seem to do anything.  So, I'm stumped.  At this point,
re-adding removed stations with the update flag seems to be the
only thing that works.

If anyone with access to the firmware code happens to be reading
this and can give a hint on when the above cfg values can be
successfully set, I'd love to hear it!  The firmware doesn't
report any error when you set them, but doesn't appear to use
the values.
