I have observed that prima uses the UPDATE_EDCA command to set the 
parameters. Does this change fix some problem observed? If not maybe it 
should wait until we have the other EDCA bits?

The other bits are to my knowledge:
1) Set the wmm_enabled flag in config_bss
2) Set the queue id in the txbd.
