[PATCH 2/5] wcn36xx: Don't announce probe offload capability

Hi,

Well. I had problem connecting my PC to wcn36xx in AP mode and turning 
this flag off fixed it. Lets skip this patch and I'll investigate my 
problem again.

Do you want me to send a new pull req without this patch?
