[PATCH] wcn36xx_msm: use KLIB_BUILD instead of KLIB

KLIB and KLIB_BUILD are used by the backports makefiles, so you're
right, we could probably just remove the references to KLIB and
KLIB_BUILD and let them be picked up by the environment, but I haven't
tested this.  However, I saw that you merged this anyway, thanks :)
