WCN36XX Release 1.0

Hi All,

As you may noticed we are trying to contribute wcn36xx to linux
wireless. I created a separate branch r1.0 for the version that was
sent to linux so we can keep our development on master branch. Hence
please keep your patches on top of master branch. Cherry-picking from
master to release and vise versa will be done by me so you do not need
to worry about that. If you have any suggestion/idea please shout.
