[PATCH 0/3] Improve connection stability

In these patches I fixed rates for 5G band. Also reverted
flag IEEE80211_HW_REPORTS_TX_ACK_STATUS because of the
issue https://github.com/KrasnikovEugene/wcn36xx/issues/57.

  Use WCN36XX_BD_RATE_CTRL for 5G band
  Do not report TX_ACK due to instability
  Bail out from bss_info_changed in case of error
