[PATCH 0/6] Improve connection stability

What was done in these patches:
1) Improve stability by filling BD in correct way for data and managements frames
2) Implemented remove_key so switching between networks should work better
Now connection stability must be much better. There is still known bug when sending null
frame during scanning but that one will hopefully fixed by BMPS mode.
