wcn36xx on Nexus 4 (mako)

Hi,

I just installed wcn36xx so that it loads automatically during boot and
can enable it from GUI. And oh boy I'm impressed! It works really well
and is remarkably stable. I was able to watch a youtube video, running
speedtest.net test and browse the web. Great work everyone, we rock!

Hehe, but while I was writing this I noticed that mako had rebooted. So
we have some work still to do ;)

I will send instructions later how to install wcn36xx to mako.
