Sorry, distracted by other events I let phoenix's welcome at Axiom
expire. It's down until I get over there this afternoon, collect it and
set it up again on the public side of the network here. 

It'll be moving again some time in the (hopefully) near future, as soon
as I arrange a sensible home. Having it on the same network segment as
its backup isn't a clever long-term plan :)

I've got an offer of a home for it in Bristol, I'll probably take that
up if a better non-UK offer doesn't come along shortly. That move will
be a little more carefully orchestrated though.
