[PATCH] extend UDSL_IGNORE_EILSEQ quirks to frame status

Hi,

this patch extend the UDSL_IGNORE_EILSEQ quirks to frame status.
It is needed for new version of the eagle modem.
It also print the status of the frame, not urb->status in case of error.
