[PATCH] Eagle and ADI 930 usb adsl modem driver

We have svn repository for ueagle-atm, I think it's no sense to have
two repositories for one program. Maybe we can put kernel driver
in usbatm CVS and maintain user space programs in our svn repo,
however I personally like much svn then cvs. Anyway Matthieu 
have to decide.
