It give flexibility.

It help to solve most of the problems I had exposed :
-no ioctl
-need to register 2 usb driver in module_init : one for prefirmware 
device, one for postfirmware device via usbatm_register.
-don't allow the use driver_info
and may be other problems we don't see.
