Isn't it the same chipset as the one supported by speedtch? A different
revision, maybe?  Doesn't your modem work with speedtch just by adding
your VendorID/ProductID?

I went briefly through your code, and the difference with speedtch
appeared too small to justify a separate driver.  Maybe it can be
integrated into speedtch?
