From other at uwclub.net Thu Sep 4 11:59:14 2025 From: other at uwclub.net (Mike Coombs) Date: Thu, 4 Sep 2025 19:59:14 +0100 Subject: [tslib] Calibration ignored Message-ID: <2f4e426d-5aee-756c-b5dc-0fa873513c79@uwclub.net> Hi, I have a problem: - Raspberry pi 4 running Debian 1:6.12.34-1+rpt1~bookworm (2025-06-26) aarch64 - Adafruit PiTFT2.8-resistive - X11 selected - libts-bin is already the newest version (1.22-1+b1) - libts0 is already the newest version (1.22-1+b1) ts_calibrate correctly updates /etc/pointercal Cursor moves in correct direction but always some small error in position, getting larger towards screen boundaries. Regardless of how many times I calibrate the same error is always there. pointercal contents seem to be ignored. If I write: 10 10 10 10 10 10 65536 320 240 0 to pointercal there is no change in the cursor movement error. Where is my bludner? Best wishes Mike
