I have booked a chalet that sleeps 13, in Jochberg just up the road from
Heike's.

It was intended as as family holiday with a bunch of Connie's
contemporaries but due to scheduling conflicts and flaky friends it now
looks like it'll just be us — and cancelling this late would incur a
penalty of 50% of the price.

Anyone else want to come and ski with us instead? I was keen on bringing
the small ones and having other children around, but perhaps we'll just
do it with adults and I'll leave the family behind :(

The cancellation fee becomes 80% next Saturday, so I need to decide
fairly soon whether to cut my losses or keep the booking.

(I'm *also* asking if they'll let us change the booking to the week
starting March 28th, so that the other family who'd said "definitely
yes" and led me to make the booking in the first place can actually make
it.)
