Hi,

We didn't really get a consensus for what to do for 2012, so let me open
it up again. It is becoming time to make a decision of when and where
this will happen.

There are two options really:
1) North America
2) Europe

I may not be able to join in 2012 as I am looking at doing a longer trip
in March/April and I won't have the vacation time to take off for both.
Hence it would suit me quite well if it is US 2012 and Europe 2013, but
that shouldn't be the deciding factor.

I will be happy to help with Europe organization if the preference is to
do it here. I believe Erik volunteered for 1) if the preference is for
North America.

For North America there have been mentions of Tahoe or Canadian Rockies.
Suggestions for specific locations and dates?

For Europe it is relatively easy to organize for France again, either at
Avoriaz or further South in a place like Val d'Isere. Alternatively
going back to Kitzbuhel would be an option I presume? Dave?
