Booking accommodation, choosing dates.

My initial cost estimate was fairly good; Heike is asking €50 per person
per night, including breakfast. (€60 for half board, but I'm guessing we
want B&B). So that's €350, which is exactly what I put in the web page.

That's based on a booking for 13 people, which gives us:
	two apartments, each with two double rooms (1 couple + 1)
	three twin rooms
	three single rooms

We need to make the booking by May 15th, with the deposit to follow a
few months later -- I'd want €100 from each of you by September.

Both of the weeks we were looking at are the same price, so I'd be
inclined to go for Feb 28-Mar 7 instead of Mar 7-14, unless people can't
make the earlier week.

Please indicate which week works best for you (or if you don't care,
please say that too, to confirm that you're still paying attention and
interested now that we have pricing and location fairly much sorted).
