Ski payments

Hi,

Our apologies for not getting this info to you a little earlier,
travel, real life etc. got in the way.

For the ski trip, we are getting close to the time where final
payments have to be in. The money have to be paid to the resort
company no later than February 8th!

Please make sure that your payment is in my account by February 1st!
If this is not possible for you, please notify me asap.  The ski
passes we should be able to do a little later, but if you can get the
money to us on the same date that will be best.

For people in the US, if you have to use PayPal, and it's credit card
based, please add 4% to the amount!

Unless you tell us otherwise, we expect you to want a ski pass for the
full week. In addition we have decided to take the insurance option
with the apartments which includes slope level ski insurance, everyone
must have this! The price for the 6 day ski pass is EUR 185, we hope
to get a 10% reduction for bookings for more than 13 people, but it's
not 100% clear. The insurance is EUR 26/person, when split evenly
amongst us. If we receive a discount on the skipasses we will put that
towards the common cost and share the remainder when you get here.

As you see, Val unfortunately had to cancel. Those of you who were at
