Looking back at the sent folder it seems my reply on the 12th went
straight to David rather than whomever the hell it was supposed to go
to.  I don't know, nor care, why.  Presumably I fat-fingered it.

The sad truth is that the ski outing still conflicts with a holiday
we're planning.  I won't be able to make it.
