I can also recommend http://moneybookers.com/ instead of paypal, when I
used them (quite a while ago though) were quite good. Current fees seem
to be 1.80 EUR for withdrawing and 1.9% for 'uploading' money via CC.

Though, at 70 EUR that comes out more expensive than paypal, break-even
point is 77.5 EUR.

(I used them from Germany so 'uploading' funds was free via
wire-transfer)
