Banking and final confirmations!

Hi,

This is it! Final final call for confirmations - of course anybody who
hasn't responded will be counted as confirmed and charged double!

Note that the final date for confirmations is Monday October 30th! We
will make the bookings on Tuesday the 31st, so try and have your
payments hit the wires by the 30th as well - if this is a problem,
please notify us up front so we can arrange - a few days will work as
long as it's not for everybody.

Finally I have managed to setup a bank account for receiving all your
hard earned cash for the ski payments. Sorry it took a bit longer than
expected, but the French banks have their ways.

The account for payments is in Euros and I have been told by the bank
lady that they have set it up so anybody wiring money from Europe
should result in no service fees on the receiving side. Ie. if you do
a wire and say 'split the cost' from within the EU, it *ought* not to
result in any charges on this side. If it does, I'll hunt you down
afterwards and force you to look at Xen source code until you pay up
the difference :) If this does happen we settle the difference with
the final payment.

For those who wire money from outside the Euro zone, such as the US, I
suggest you group together and assign one person as a banker and only
do one wire to here. If you trust me (heh!) you can also wire the full
amount in one go to avoid having to pay for two wires, but thats up to
you. When issuing the wire, please make sure the amount is wired in
Euros and that you cover all the wiring costs.

Anybody coming from Canada, contact me (Jes) directly and we can work
out a special arrangement.

The account is setup for this specific purpose, so it should be fairly
easy to keep track of. When wiring the money, please note how many
people the amount is to cover. If you have found some kind soul who
offered to wire the money on your behalf, please also note who it's
supposed to pay for.

The apartments are 895/unit for a 2 bedroom (sleeps 4) config. We need
30% up front (ASAP) to make the reservations, which is 268.50, but
lets round it up to 270 which gives EUR 70/person.

I will try to create a spreadsheet to arrange the room sharings and
who has paid how much so far.
