[Pcsclite-muscle] New version of pcsc-lite: 2.5.3

[Ludovic Rousseau]

Hello,

I have just released a new version of pcsc-lite 2.5.3.

Some ATR were not decoded correctly and connection to the card would fail.
This is because I accepted a patch suggested by an AI tools without a
deep thought first.

Changes:
2.5.3: Ludovic Rousseau
18 October 2026
- pcscd.service: preserve card sessions across polkit restarts
- correctly decode all ATRs (fix the fix suggested by AI)
- Fix authorization for uid > 65536
