You are using the ACS driver.
Attempting startup of ACS ACR1222 3S PICC Reader 00 00 using
/usr/lib/pcsc/drivers/ifd-acsccid.bundle/Contents/Linux/libacsccid.so
on port 0x200000

I found and fixed an issue with multi-slots readers in pcsc-lite 2.5.0.
I will release a new version soon.
