[Pcsclite-muscle] Castletech EZ100PU APDU

I'd like to drive ez100pu using SCardTransmit, instead of API given by 
Castletech

i.e.: I'd like to run the SLE4442_Read_Main_Memory given by Castletech 
using SCardTrasmit API and correct command for reader.
