[Pcsclite-muscle] Retrying SCardCancel?

Hi all,

Is there a use case for **retrying** SCardCancel to unblock an
outstanding SCardGetStatusChange? Eg: call SCardCancel once and, after
some time, if SCardGetStatusChange didn't return, call SCardCancel
again?

And does SCardCancel have any side-effect beyond unblocking a
SCardGetStatusChange call? The PC/SC spec and Windows winscard.h docs
leave it up in the air but it looks like it was never used for
anything other than that. Am I right?
