[Pcsclite-muscle] PSCS Lite on Android

Hello everyone,

Is PCSC Lite available for Android devices? I have searched online and
the closest match seems to be abandoned for a long time
(https://github.com/seek-for-android/pool).

If there isn't anything available online, what would be your
suggestions for compiling the source code for Android? Would it be
enough to specify --host in configure or something else needs to be
changed? Do you know about any dependencies that need to be cross
compiled as well?
