According to the ATR the card is a "Giesecke & Devrient Sm at rtCafé Expert 3.0"

I don't know if OpenSC can handle this kind of card. It will depend on
the applet loaded in the card.
You would have better answers if you ask on the OpenSC mailing list
Your second option is to find a (proprietary) PKCS#11 library for
GNU/Linux and this card.
