[Pcsclite-muscle] Chrome gets stuck and firefox won't open until stopping/restarting pcscd

Hi,
Yes, I use it for .gov and .mil sites with a CAC card.
Removing the card does not change anything, unfortunately.
Right now, I used the PKCS#11 library with
library=/usr/lib64/pkcs11/onepin-opensc-pkcs11.so
name=CAC Module
in chrome, logged in and everything is OK.
I then opened up another tab and I cannot even go to Google.com.
It just says "connecting" for a while. This time, it eventually
worked(the card was out, but it still wouldn't work for a while). Not
sure if that made a difference, but it certainly didn't immediately.
And, it eventually stopped working again. Chrome just says
"connecting." Perhaps because I put the card back in, not sure. The
site eventually times out.
