[Pcsclite-muscle] Chrome gets stuck and firefox won't open until stopping/restarting pcscd

Hello,

I have Fedora 32, 64 bit.

SCR3310 card reader.

For months now, I am constantly having the problem of being in Chrome
and web pages timing out until I stop, and sometimes restart, etc
pcscd.  At the same time, when this is occuring, firefox will not open.

Once I either restart it or stop pcscd process, things work normally
again for a time.

Any ideas?
